STRUCTURED vs. SALINE IMPLANTS
Saline is a safe, natural solution easily absorbed by the body in case of rupture. It is the same salt water solution used intravenously in hospitals everyday. But many women feel they have to compromise on the look and feel of the implant, which wrinkles and moves like a water balloon.
