Short scar neck lift with SmartLipo

50-year-old female. Her concern was her neck and submental area. Her main concern was her “double chin”. She was hoping for liposuction but did not know if she would need a neck lift. She was otherwise happy with her current weight. After working with a dietician she was at a stable weight for 2 years. Her BMI was 30. She is seen pre-op and 3 months post-op. Her surgery was in September 2020.

She underwent a combined procedure of Smart lipo of the neck and submentum with a direct short scar neck lift. This procedure hides a short scar under the chin and requires no incision in front or behind the ear. It re-drapes the skin within the neck. For women who like to wear their hair up, this is a great procedure. While a full face and neck lift can provide further improvement in some of the fine wrinkles, it requires bigger operations and scars both in front of and behind the ears. This lovely patient was very happy with her results and Dr. de Ramon was thrilled to be able to meet her goals and give her a great result.

Face and eye lift with blepharoptosis

54 year old female who underwent upper lid blepharoplasty 10 years ago by another surgeon. She complained of progressive recurrent eyelid droop and sagging. She also complained of looking tired. She has a superior visual field obstruction known as blepharoptosis. The eye-opening muscle has detached from its normal attachment within the eyelid. She underwent corrective surgery (bilateral levator advancement). The pictures show pre-op and 3 months post-op with restoration of normal visual fields and normal eyelid margin positioning.

Deviated Septum and septal bone spur repaired with septorhinoplasty

29-year-old female septorhinoplasty patient.  She was unhappy with the external appearance of her nose and experienced breathing difficulties. She was under the care of a local ENT. She had a deviated septum, septal bone spur and had a history of migraines. In May of 2019, she underwent a septorhinoplasty.  The septal work was done through insurance and the external shape alterations on a cosmetic basis. Her post-op pictures are at three months.  Her airway is much improved. With her head tilted back, one can see the lower portion of her nose (columella) is now straight.

Nasal cosmetic repair

17-year-old girl with cosmetic concerns regarding her nose.  Primarily concerned with the nasal hump, but also the bowed-in right mid-portion of her nose.  We discussed her concerns and suggested operative corrections as well as refinement of the nasal tip.

42 year old male complains of deep grooves under eyes. Had one vial of Restylane Silk. Patient did not desire a surgical procedure.
